I think Im going to have to downgrade the value of the CPI portion of WSTL from $2-$3 to $1-$1.25

USIX is now worth $300 mil
CRIO $200 mil

and those are pure plays growing at hyper speed.

Please someone ask my friend Mark Zionts at the conference call what the timetable is for the CPI spin off... I really would love to hear the answer.
