An open question to the thread: How does Clinton releasing some of the Oil Reserves look in the face of possible escalation of military activities in the Middle East? Could this intensify any shortage in the US and drive prices higher as a result? I don't understand all the intricacies of the Strategic Reserve, but I would assume that military purposes would take priority over any other use???
