Hi all; Oh, this is too good to pass up!

Re: "I have had discussions with associates about the underlying purpose of the anti rambus campaign."

And what kind of associates might jim kelley be possessed of? The movers and shakers of industry? Engineers on the cutting edge of technology? Lawyers with years of experience in patent litigation? Nope.

And then it ends with this one: "These tactics would have been less effective if Intel had not made many slips over the last year."

I can just see how the world must look to these guys. A beautiful new technology is born in the mind of a couple super geniuses. They start Rambus, and their secret technique to speed up memory is ripped from their hands by greedy industry in collaboration with the Quislings of the press. Good thing Intel's there with the white hats! And now, 90% of the way through the movie, the settlers look like they're going to be overcome by the unruly savages, who though they are obviously blood crazed and stupid, yet are also strangely organized and posses sly, but unfair, tactics. Fortunately, as jim kelley's associates have already observed many times in the past, the Cavalry shows up just before the end and saves the victims.
