Maybe SpinCo would be the one to do it. The Oboe is making a lot of noise now. I suppose we should be getting the big new announcement of the great, new, GlobalstarUSA offer for Monday following expiry of their latest attempt to get traction. Will they use words like 'exciting' to describe their great new plans? Vodafone Australia did. I wonder if Vodafone Australia's shops are full of excited customers wanting to take them up on the great new offers - I would take big bets that the customers were NOT excited].
