My understanding is that insiders control 20%? of the outstanding shares. How many does Richardson have? I can't seem to get any info on that. Also note that he is a managing director of Merchant Capital Group who just acquired 250,000 shares. Did they own any before? As to the "clearly defined assets", probably only the directors know the answer to that one? I suspect that something is going on other than just stock promotion. We'll see!
