In my opinion, it doesn't exist. As to interpretation of financial statements, etc., it just depends upon the slant given to them. Mining assays are no different. For example, refer to Bre-X! You release what you want to release, hold back what you don't, & give them your interpretations. Oh sure, it all comes out in the end, but then it's too late for the small investors!
