Dan B. why do you attack me? ...I have one of the largest files on foinx corp known to man. I'm not talking about postings such as Raging Bull I mean taped conversations and 2 trips to Fonix in SLC.

And to end this ...yes Fonix has distorted the facts and I don't think technology NDA's wouid exclude management from responsibility and liability from statements made about financial projections such as earnings and revenue.

According to the meeting I had with RD in june of 97 Fonix was on track for earnings well over $1.00 by this time. I ain't going to give the exact figure. I did give it over two years ago on the fool. But, Dudley's chalk board assessment at that time ain't even close!!
