Neil, to grow marketshare, and shift the mainstream consumer PC to 1+ GHz, they need to discount. The 1.2 is nearly $500, and we may yet see an even faster part this quarter. The silly thing is Intel's 1GHz being twice AMD's. They either cut their prices, or lose share, and they won't have any chips over 1GHz this Q to make it up on. (well maybe a week worth of P4 shipments, but I doubt there'll be much demand for it) Doug
