My analysis of Mulix shows lack of direction and focus. They did not target customers with money to join their site. Incubate will help them to refocus.

But since they are a software company, they can change and save the investment, off line. Regroup and try again with all the equipment already paid for; and restaff. Or even merge with another online firm.

It does not have to mean the end of Mulix.
