I think that's a US minimum because it only for Qualified Buyers in US. In Canada, I don't think there's a minimum (but I'm not sure). Anyone can buy it in Canada through the underwriter group.

Anyway, in Canada IPO's dont' go stupidly wild like in the US. The pricing range is C$9.5 - $11.00 and I would bet it will be in the middle of that. I've heard the Canadian institutions are pushing for $10. That means they think it's worth at least 13-14 short term and higher later. They wouldn't mess with a small company like this for a move less than 40-50%. You can probably buy it in the aftermarket in the 10.50-11.50 range and still come out fine.
