As a Yahoo! poster pointed out to me, FOCI (part of LMNE) appears to be making progress. They appear to have expanded their product line and added another manufacturing facility at Changsha, Hunan province in China, making Video-on-demand (VOD) and remote Fiber Testing Systems. I don't remember seeing or hearing about this facility before. New Products (note the pictures of the -WDM products foci.com.tw Product News (Note that the add/drop modules are new in July and an OC-48 modulator) foci.com.tw Facilities (may have to click on FOCI group).
