If I were a Micron investor I would ask myself two questions Q1. What is the company worth if Rambus lawsuit prevails? A1. Zero or negative, because they will not be granted a licence and will thus be prevented from manufacturing any kind of DRAM except EDO Q2. What is the probability of that happening? A2. 50%-90% The defence is weak And I would reduce my exposure even at these levels
