Hello Peter,

I was not able to find much on Etruscan either. Like MOA it does not trade a whole lot of shares on an everyday basis.

My concern is the number of issued shares once the merger is complete. Etruscan shows almost 36Mil issued and MOA 14Mil issued. Once the merger is completed we are looking at a penney stock with around 43Mil shares issued and according to a poster on the bullboards 9Mil in debt. While they have a little more than 2.6Mil in cash, one wonders where they will get funding for projects AND pay their outstanding bills.

My guess and it is only a guess, is that Etruscan will be raising money with another share issue. If that is indeed the case than they may have a reverse split either before or after an issue. Not good in my estimation.

We need much more information on project funding and exactly how much debt Etruscan holds before we figure out if this a good deal or not.

Cheers !!! Peter
