Jim, Just got a poster from GTE. They are netting in a big way, explains why they wanted BBN. Best I could get from the buyout package was that as/of 6/9/97 BBN will cease to exist. BBN shares will be void and only valuable as collectors items or fire starters. You will be issued chits for $29 for each share of stock. I got my package yesterday so you should get your's soon. Looks like BBN management made out like teenagers in a Van, your option doesn't have the same look of satisfaction. Bill
