Dear JDN, the Russian were historical on the side of the Arabs they supplied them all their weapons. Before the Arabs liked the England as they supported them against the Turks.

There is very little understanding about Arab mentality in a nut shell they HATE the WESTERN CIVILIZATION that is all. There were incidents of Killing of Honor in US families of Arabic decent just because the daughter dated a African American. (I learned about it in the US on one of the TV networks several years ago)

Arabs and Jews cooperated in the middle ages the Jews knew to read and write and helped them to run their empire until the crusaders and inquisition came along and JEWS fled to N. Europe and over centuries adopted European Values which were easy to adopt as they were based on the Jewish Bible.

Progroms in Ukraine instigated by the Church there and later Hitler in Germany drew the Europeanized Jews to Israel, they were murdered again in Europe during the last 120 years.

Arabs came to Israel as sudden there was work and not to many questions were asked most of those people were run out from their villages in Mesopotamia, Egypt and TransJordan, they are like the Gypsies in Europe.

To blame that the painful hit on a US vessel was instigated by the crisis in Israel is hogwash. All professional admit that it was well planed and people infiltrated into the port of Aden over a long time.

High explosive are government explosion not in the hand of some amateurs.

Most likely it was Iraq or Bin Laden, nothing to do with the current flare in Israel,
