Analyst just give opinions, they don't teach anyone trading skills. Perhaps you can give me your opinion of what exactly a analyst upgrade(!) to "Avoid" means for me in the context of an existing shareholder without having to "Sell"? TIA I'm really beginning to lose sleep over this now. <g>
