Broad rally in semi-equip cos.

Three hours long.

I think there is a vacuum from fear induced shakeout price levels to what soon will be recognised as good value price levels.

Then the big question is will institutions commit to the timing.If that happens we'll have a follow thru day on strong volume.
Hold onto your hat after that.The rise will be quick and perhaps short.
