Hi Mike,
What it means is that the management are getting ready to throw another $400.000 down the drain .

Questios

1 Why could the company not raiase $600.000 against a property that had proven reserves?

2 Is the company again going to do the spade work on this property so that some one else can again pick it up cheaply when reserves are proven?

This whole business stinks
