Albert,

re: since we grant him millions of new stock options each year free of charge >

I know you are trying to be sarcastic here, but millions of new stock options each year, free of charge!

I doubt Millions of stock options each year, but I'm sure there is no way one can get them for free. I think you are too much brainwashed by Paule Engel over the years with his constant defamation of Sanders on this board.

About Sanders selling 500K shares - this sale was a result of him exercising his employee stock options which I can safely assume that they were about to expire.

To the posters bitching about his sale of 500K shares, I strongly suggest to learn a thing or two about how these employee stock options work - hints: qualified option, non-qualified options, expiration period, vesting, tax burden, tax payment due time, treatment of gains for the tax purposes (what portion is treated as ordinary income, what portion is treated as capital gains), etc.

There is nothing sinister about Sanders sale of 500k shares. Most of the times if not all the times, selling would be the only prudent way to deal with fully vested, soon to be expiring, well in the money, non-qualified stock options from one's company - especially when the company is in a turn-around situation .
