K.Martin, if the merger does not go through MXP may go back to pre-announcement price of $6 1/4 x 3/8, don't think $7.

Agree on the done deal. There is a good discount in PDP if the merger does go through. Someone said that you should not let taxes stand in your way of good financial decisions. Believe you just received some tax relief (if you are long term) from the Fed when they pass the tax cut. The gain on PDP might out weigh tax costs in the long run, however I don't know your particular situation.

If the deal was final today with MXP at $5.50, PDP should jump to $38.50 or 10%.
