LtV, I posted on another thread that 3500 was my target for this rally. I would like to see that achieved by the end of next week and then maybe a pullback down to 3200 where we can build a base and set some higher lows. I am changing my earlier views and think that we rally after the elections and continue the chop before. I think that outside entities that are trying to influence the elections will keep the fear level high enough that a real manic buying spree can't happen before then. JXM
