I am sure a lot of investors are in the same boat I am. What do I have left to lose? gg. Kidding aside. There is a report out that investors have called their brokers in droves and said: I give up. Get me out. I was almost at that point. Anyhow, pundits say that this is a sign of capitulation and a good sign for the market. You know the saying: I want to see blood running in the street. I would say we got that, don't you think? Not everyone is as stubborn as I am. Good thing too. Sigh. BTW. I believe the news on heating oil had a great deal to do with the upturn in the market today. Oil cos. have pledged not to send any more heating oil out of the country. And supposedly the Saudis are sticking to more output until oil prices come down to a better level. I was hoping for an interest rate cut, but things on the retail front etc., look still pretty good when it comes to consumer spending. I guess most of us believe: A dollar spent is a dollar saved. You can't lose it in the stock market. gg. What a great ending. The talk is that things are looking up and a lot of investors did not want to see the train leave the station without them. Ask Yaacov and billwot. They ventured into Csco. Nice move. Don't you think? Maybe we can add to the gains next week if things in the Mideast simmer down. Maybe the summit in Egypt will help, if it comes about. Before I forget. After today, give me a Friday the 13th any day. Sonny
