Alcatel maintains its calendar for the actions reflection
PARIS, October 13 (Reuters) - Alcatel (Paris: 13000.PA - topicality ) decided to maintain the calendar of
the issue of shares reflection of its Optronics division, declared Friday a spokesman.

ranging between 85 and 100 euros, developing division up to 9,5 billion euros. The first quotation is
envisaged on October 20.
Alcatel reserved the right to modify the price range until last the days of the offer, October 19. But the
spokesman refused with any comment on this subject.
According to a banking source, a decision on this point will be made on October 19. " As for any
operation, the decision will depend on the state of the book of commands, of the state of the market, the
feedback of the investors, the visibility ", has one says.
After having reached one higher with 97,5 euros on September 4, Alcatel strongly moved back with the
