Conolog Announces Results of Annual Shareholders' Meeting

SOMERVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 13, 2000--Conolog
Corporation (NASDAQ: CNLG, CNLGW) announced today the results of its
annual shareholders' meeting, held yesterday, October 12th, in New
York City. A total of 8,223,397 shares were voted. All items, except
the proposal to amend the Company's Certificate of Incorporation to
increase the total number of authorized shares of all classes of
stock, were approved.
Conolog President Robert Benou commented, "We are pleased with the
results of the meeting. By approving these proposals, our shareholders
have confirmed their confidence in the Company and its management. As
the fiscal year continues, we look forward to maintaining and
increasing that confidence through our continued commitment to growth
and profitability."
Conolog Corporation provides engineering and design services,
technical personnel placement, and computer maintenance services. The
Company's INIVEN division manufactures a line of digital signal
processing systems, including transmitters, receivers and
multiplexers.
