Sorry but that is so much mumbo jumbo. Think about it, if you sell company x and buy company y, additional liquidity is not the issue. The money supply could remain constant and some stocks would go up and others down.

Money flow from a constant pool will find the best value looking forward, it always has and always will.If some money is taken out of the market and put on the sidelines the process will slow until the rising values of leadership emerge and the cycle will heat up all over again.( When the blind finally see, no disrespect intended)
