next post: updated docket for case of COII vs. Bloomberg, which I retrieved today.

The most recent entry shows the judge approved Becka's request for discovery from 3rd parties.

I'm posting this because I received notice from SI that my identity was subpoened by the plaintiff in this case. It's signed "Dan Becka."

I would guess that Becka is likely doing the same to other online posters as well.

I'm addressing this message to anyone else who received notice of this subpoena: you might like to see the docket, which among other things shows that the only defendant in the case is Bloomberg. That's why I'm posting it in the next post. Feel free to PM me.
