"How about because a secondary, at some unknown time, at some unknown price, is hanging over SSTI like the Sword of Damocles?" I'm sure that is part of the equation. After last quarters great earnings announcement, I believe there was quite a delay before the shares began to move. That is strictly from memory, does any have the price action after the last release at their fingertips? Scott
