Tom,

I'm inclined to agree with you that your friend got ripped off. However, considering that Windows 2000 is what Microsoft has been designing to run business over the internet with Transpoint/Checkfree powering the transactions, I'm hoping they finally got it right this time.

If not, those of us who held Checkfree shares before the Transpoint buy out are the ones who really got ripped off.
