CGPN, bought 20k @ .10 the other day. I was noticing it bounce of its 52 week low the other day. It looked like it was going to break .10, so I jumped on it. It immediately went down from there.
I read financials and there are convertible preferreds in the stock.

FLOAT ???? I don't know. I have not called the company.
It trades like it has a float of 16 million. JUST MY OPINION.

Comic Books first appeared in the late 19th century in Sunday newspapers. Today, the billion dollar online and publication comic book industry attracts more than 25 million readers in the United States annually.
CGNComics.com, a subsidiary of The Cyber Group Network Corp. will be displaying 24 volumes of thrilling, insightful and provocative real-life events from America's most notorious computer hackers, high-tech thieves and industrial spies. The ``Tales of a High-Tech Hustler'' will be featuring at all comic book locations and will also be available as an online subscription based publication. The launching of the animated book is a first step of a series of events in production for the company, which includes a novel titled ``Memoirs of a Hi-Tech Hustler,'' as well as current negotiations of a movie release with Hollywood Multi-Media International, which will be announced at a later date.
