Ron, There is a "Tower of Babel" when it comes to ratings. Not all houses have Strong Buy ratings, and Strong Buy equates to Buy at others. It depends on the house. Briefing.com used to post the matrix of ratings/recommendation types by house, and I'll see if they still have that. That being said, CSFB does have a Strong Buy, and they mean that for their very best picks. If they gave KEM a Buy (as they did with their initial coverage), then they like the stock, and it's worth getting/accumulating now, but you don't have to run people over to get it......LOL.
