Some info for the thread:

Lockup period expires Feb 7, 2001. 14.983 million shares available (68.8% of common).

2nd lockup period expires March 31, 2001. 1.167 million shares available (5.4%) (All info from unlockdates.com)

Lehman (lead underwriter) report says complete Phase 1 data for TLK286 (resistant cancers) will be presented at the European Organization for Research & Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) in Amsterdam November 7-10.

Analyst is Leheny.

Also interesting from the report (and this probably belongs on the valuation thread) is that they discount TELK 2004 earnings back at 35% which I think may be a little optimistic. I'd like to see the Phase 1 results and then get down to 35% if they show promise. My opinion only.

I guess it's a moot point anyway, I never pay attention to price targets. Just thought it was interesting. Maybe Lehman's attempting to be a bit more positive to "support" the stock. (Hopefully not like SGMO)

OT - Rick - Answer to an earlier query, I do hope to start posting a little more. I have been moving & traveling (job related) but have been keeping tabs on SI.

Take care,

JF
