I am the third most bullish person on SI...or so OJ told me, but I think we need to really wash out and then go higher. I don't know what will cause it but I say we return to a test of the lows , maybe even break to really shake people up and then onward and upward.

I certainly hope I'm right because I'm 80% in cash waiting for 3000.
