How's that for spin... Redback Ntwrks (RBAK) 121 33/64 +18 53/64: Morgan Stanley Dean Witter upgraded to STRONG BUY from OUTPERFORM with a 12-month target of $150; believes that any concerns over gross margins issues have now been priced into the stock; expects strong demand for SmartEdge and SMS 10000 and believes that these products will ramp steeply. First they wack it down and then pump it up on the same issue... Too funny...
