Yes, you can use the statistic any way you want. That's why the great Tero using number from June to Aug to validate the so-called overall trend. He really reminds me some Kobe haters, bashing his shooting percentage even if he scored 30. Bashing his assist number if both SP and scoring are good, bashing his turnovers if SP, score and TO are good. If nothing to bash, they will just calculate the score/minute to show you how Brent Barry is a better player.
