I know it surprised me, and cost me a fair chunk. I was lulled into thinking the markets were running relatively unfettered, but the last time I got caught I felt the same way. That was the surprise rate cut with 15 minutes to expiration. Champions of Free Markets,, What a crock. I should know better.
