Recently in Canada the WWF and it's king the Duke of Edinburgh have done the same thing. My comment to the Resource Management said basically what you said above. The reply was "we don't want people in there" and they have made millions of acres off limits for the simple reason the WWF wants it and the wants and needs of the WWF are beyond being questioned.
