Did you mean to say that the insider selling created the stock slide? If so, I question that because if you look at volume over the year there is no significant increase in the months cited as "buying windows". If the transactions are not statistically significant enough to show up on the graph, I don't think they would be siginificant enough to influence the price. I'm very new at this, but it looks like somebody else is taking a hell of a lot of money out of this one also.
