Thanks for posting the SEC "FD" Fair Disclosure link, Brian. It is not always obvious in the hurly-burly of daily events, but every now and then something of real, historical significance occurs. IMO, "FD" is such an event. I can't help but believe that a few short years from now people will look back and say "Let me get this straight, companies used to tell analysts the real scoop BEFORE the general public? You have to be kidding." Wall Street has been "front running" [got to love that innocent acronym for robbery via information advantage] the retail investing public for decades. And the absolutely most amazing thing of all is that they have done it COMPLETELY LEGALLY. If one adds up just the dollars transferred on the CTXS rape and pillage, and then extrapolates to thousands of companies over dozens of years, hell, it's like Dirksen used to say about the Defense Budget "a billion here, a billion there--sooner or later, you're talking about real money."
