Fresh from its participation at the recent Comddap Expo 2000 at World Trade Center, the company made many people, from students to professionals, raise an eyebrow or two. Most visitors to the browsing station and PSINet Philippines booth expressed disappointment over terrible browsing experience, unmindful if the telecommunications service company is the one responsible, or not, for the technical glitches.
Such is the challenge PSINet needs to hurdle in the Philippines wherein there is much to be desired in service.
