Also this comment in the last press release is revealing:

"The Company recognizes a fundamental need to strengthen the management team with respect to mining and has initiated a search for key individuals who would develop a bankable feasibility study which would lead to mine construction and ultimately, mining operations."

With the NAV being diluted down to $4 to $4.50 taking this into production, versus getting well over $6- $6.50 NAV selling the deposit we are at a crossroads. BAY should either sell or wait a while for higher POS. I don't think spending money on feasibility studies makes any sense. They should now shut 'er down and concentrate on a transaction.
