Patents are great BTEs. But they will only go so far. If the market is big enough, someone will spend enough money to find some way to get around them. I do not know the details of the security patents. But in my former life as a programmer and hardware developer, I have seen many problems solved through innovations that are unthinkable just a few years ago. The best method to reach gorilladom in the high tech industry is to do it by the book of Microsoft. You attack market share and become so entrenched that people will pay you even while they curse you. Just my opinion. Let's hope Henry will prove these worries unfounded. Seldom Blue
