"I wonder if these Peruvian deals (options)are getting a bit too rich for the explorers, especially given the experience of Luicho?" Good point.

I like NDE, however the deal is expensive. I feel there is not much near term risk for NDE.

NDE would be able to drill 2000 meters this year without any trouble. PFG build a million road and brought in 2 rigs. Before they even had a drill on site, I bet PFG spent 2 million. In the case of NDE, $500,000 would be spent this year. This would include the option payment and drilling. A little more than 15% of their treasury.

What is more important is the geological difference between the two projects. Gold mineralization is hosted in fractured quartzites at Luicho. Antanas is intrusive hosted disseminated gold. Also the grade is more consistent at Antanas than Luicho. I tried pointing this out several times to Quickdraw, skynight and Hank.

As I said above, I don't like the deal that NDE has with the Peruivan group. Very expensive. This could put a cap on the share price. But with the excellent infrastucture I might be proven wrong. I see a easy triple at this share price.
