Linux based network appliances will supplant PC's as the internet access device of choice further impacting OS sales.

While I may not agree with you on MSFTs stock outlook,I do think your right about its OS and what the future holds for it.

i believe that 5 years ,or perhaps even less, from now we will no longer access the net with the clunky tools we use now.

Having said that,I'm wondering if mainstream PC users can adopt to the rather complex Linux OS in its present form.A "dumbing down", if you will, must occur.

I am currently involved in the testing of a new browser with an operating system supported by the Windows OS named Enigma.Small(544Kb),fast,stable,bloat free.It plain works.
