What is so hard to understand about that? If I offer to sell RDRAM licenses to people doesn't that infringe Rambus IP? Is it OK since I don't make any semi products at home? suggests that RMBS now believes an ITC case either won't speed things up or doesn't offer enough benefit Or else they concluded they'd probably lose the case. Did you ever consider that possibility? Dan
