long-gone, the big concern I have with Gore's OXY stock is how he obtained it. It is my understanding it was a gift from Armand Hammer. And, based on the substantial value of the gift you have to be concerned about it being a quid pro quo type gift. I believe there has possibly been legislation or influence from the Gore family to assist OXY in some of their pursuits in this country and others. Also, why would Armand Hammer hire his father for 500000. per year when he was not a businessman? Was he buying influence over Gore Sr's son?
