Whose missiles exactly are we borrowing to pay 400 billion to protect ourselves against? And from which direction? Israel doesn't need our help. They are already developing particle beam anti-missile lasers to post around their borders. Also is there any question that Star Wars has always failed its trials? The last test failed miserably. This is just a leftover Reagan dream but has a lot of GOP-contributors stock to it like old leeches dreaming of their big pay-day, at the expense of the tax-payers of course.
