So how do you explain the sesspool which is Boston Harbor? The air might be cleaner because so many people have moved out of the the Boston area to New Hampshire, Florida, Texas and here to Washington. I personally know about half-dozen New Englanders who moved here in 1992 and have stayed. Why have they elected to stay you might ask? Because of the punishing high taxes in the Boston area, and because too many people are stuck in old ways of socialistic thinking.
