Who did they buy from? CREE or ? I agree with your statements about CREE's supply constraints. I REALLY wish CREE would license out some of their patent technology and pick up royalties for every scrap of SiC made using their less expensive methods. In the mean time we will have to be patient as more mfg. facilities and the 3" wafers come on line.
