I understand the worry. But my discussions with the group make me believe that they will be able to debt financed more than 50% (if not 75%-100%) of the capital costs.

Lets take this step by step. Between now and production decision times, a lot can happen. For now we are talking raising only $6-$7M.

I agree... I would take it.. and spot the best target for the coming silver bull... Silver Standard and the acquirer of BAY would be my choices..

But I am not worried if I have to hold BAY. IOW, I am no seller now.
