The secondary is not a problem. 5 million shares is nothing. Less than 1 day's average volume. Its the market conditions that is holding it back. As funny as it seems, insitutional investors will be happy to take the SPO @$35 three months from now, where they turned nose up @$25 now. They need this extra money to secure capacity, thus insuring growth. Maybe they need better underwriters such as Goldman, Morgan Stanley, or Merril. Hell if AMZN can sell 3 billion dollars worth of junk bonds, why cant SSTI sell $150 million of valuable stock?
